 Preeti Rao, President, élitaire is a dynamic young entrepreneur with a vision to bring curated lifestyle luxury to the country, as well as take the Dolphin Group into new business sectors. She is at the helm of Dolphin International's current operations, where she is the creative and business force behind the luxury interior consultancy and service brand, élitaire. She is also looking to take the group into new areas related to the health and wellness services. Preeti’s career path started at the tender age of 16, and she has never looked back since. In her many years of professional experience, she has never allowed herself to be limited to one field.
Preeti has completed her Master’s in International Business Management, and has an acute insight into the fields of new business, luxury retail and emerging markets. She also holds several certifications in the arena of marketing, financial management, social media management, etc. Her enriching and rewarding career path has allowed her to explore her full potential. In a stellar career graph spanning over a decade and a half, she has been instrumental in engineering the turnaround of d'mart Exclusif through industry-leading market research, product development, marketing plans, sales promotion and most importantly by securing strategic international alliances. At present she is passionately working towards expanding Dolphin International operations and aggressively pursuing new emerging markets.

Preeti has consistently delivered record setting gains in sales and profits in executive management roles in diversified industry verticals such as Health, Retail, Technology, Sports and Fitness Industry, and International trade in USA, UK, Holland and India. She will also be looking at taking the Dolphin Group into the untapped and sunrise industry of integrated health and wellness. Through this venture, Preeti looks forward to provide health and wellness services to the Indian audience that foster preventive health strategies. Her Masters in Integrated Health Studies, Certificate in Wellness Coaching and Wellness Management from the California Institute of Integral Studies, US, has enabled her to blend scientific rigor with holistic self-care with emphasis on mind/body/spirit wholeness.
